Basically when I was told about this little invention, I’d like to call god in a 9.7 inch rectangle, I thought “who ever thought of this, is an absolute Einstein”. But then when I realized that its creator was Apple, I wasn’t really surprised. Yes ladies and gentlemen, It’s the marvelous ipad. And not only am I here to talk only good things about it, I’m here to inform you why it’s what I call, amazing.
So here’s the deal. If you have an iphone, blow it up about 4 times its size, take off the phone calls, and call it your ipad. This little device does it all. It has over 200,000 apps., Internet access, photos, videos, multi-touch screen, ipod, ibooks, itunes, work applications (graphs, word, etc.), and even a contact list. So in a nutshell, the life of the 21st century. It’s 0.5 inches thick, therefor it’s not a hassel to bring anywhere and there are dozens of designs to style it with. The ipad is the new it, you need it.

This whole dress code deal going on in schools is just getting a little bit out of control. Girls being sent home or having to miss class time is just taking away from their education and all because what they’re wearing isn’t what’s considered “appropriate”.
If you were to go to a mall and go to half of the clothing stores to buy shorts nearly more then 3/4 of them would only be able to sell you short shorts. I’m not saying that it’s not our faults the shorts are short but what I will say is that, “short shorts” are what’s in for this generation. I highly doubt students in the 70’s were taken out of class for wearing bell bottom jeans.
My last complaint about these dress codes is that if we’re not allowed to wear all these things, then why doesn’t the school just issue a uniform? Many schools in New York have them and most Catholic school do as well. My point is, if they’re going to complain so much, they might as well just tell us what to wear. Although when uniforms are put into play, that’s just taking away from our form of expression. I put on what I do in the morning from my mood and my personal likings. Telling us what we can and cannot wear is just being ignorant.
